Spencer Caron is an associate assisting with both transactional and litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Spencer served as a law clerk at Petersen and Ryan PLLC during his final year at Suffolk Law School, where he earned his JD alongside an LL.M in Taxation.

During law school, Spencer interned at a boutique commercial firm in Boston, as well as at Deloitte on its M&A Tax team.

Spencer earned a BA in Philosophy from the College of the Holy Cross. He currently coaches his alma mater’s Moot Court team.
